City Fitouts is a Sydney commercial builder. We work alongside tenants, landlords, architects and designers to turn a set of drawings into a finished, certified, trading space - without the price moving and without the date slipping.
What we do
Commercial fitouts
Offices, retail, hospitality, medical and childcare, from a single tenancy to a centre roll-out.
Alterations and additions
Reworking an existing premises for a new tenant or a new use, including structural work and services upgrades.
Refurbishments
Lobbies, amenities, facades and live-trading refurbs where the business stays open while we work.
Make-good
Returning a tenancy to its lease condition at the end of the term, priced against the lease and the landlord's schedule.
How we are set up
Licensed NSW commercial builder with contract works and public liability insurance. Our own site managers run every job; trades are long-standing subcontractors we have worked with across many fitouts. Architects and designers get a builder who prices their drawings fairly and builds them as drawn; owners and tenants get one point of contact from the first walk-through to the keys.
